Director's Discretionary Time (DDT) is granted on a priority basis to compensate observers who have provided a portion of their allocated time to observe Target of Opportunity objects. If no request for such compensation has been received up to one week before a given DDT, then that DDT may be allocated on a general basis after the relevant inquiry to the TAC as follows:
for DDT at the 2-m telescope/RC-focus and Schmidt telescope: Prof. B. Mihov (bmihov AT astro DOT bas DOT bg)
for DDT at the 2-m telescope/Echelle-spectrograph: Assoc. Prof. K. Stoyanov (kstoyanov AT astro DOT bas DOT bg)
